Altruistic Action & Structural Reflection: Social Service Learning Course content
In order to shorten the distance between the university and the community and enrich the minds of students, NCNU General Education Center has set up the "Service Learning" course since the 89 academic year. Although the "Service Learning" course has been renamed, it is still based on the department. Each department will support a teacher and a teaching assistant to set up the course. Through altruistic and meaningful community service and structured reflection, we hope to achieve the goal of mutual benefit, mutual trust and care among the school, students, the community and the international community.
In response to the revision of General Education Course Structure, "Service Learning" has been renamed "Social Service Learning" since the 110 academic year. The credit will be changed from 0.5 credit per semester to 1 credit per semester.
